We were very fortunate to have a visit from one of the amazing Homeless Health Service Bristol GP's, seeing clients at the hub, also St Mungo's outreach & the substance worker from Bristol City Council Street Intervention Team.
It is so helpful to have other agencies drop in and meet new clients or catch up with clients that they are already working with and as we all know, it is by working together that we can achieve the best outcomes #homelesslivesmatter #collaboration #boshhub
