We are asked for support many times throughout the day in the hub, this can come in many forms, it may be help facilitating a telephone call, liaising with partner agencies to arrange appointments, one to one talking therapies, a listening ear, assisting with welfare benefits, or something as simple as passing on a message to someone who does not have a telephone, the message could be about accommodation so is really important.
